  • Day 1

From central London, your first visit is Windsor Castle, world’s largest and oldest occupied castle, located in Berkshire.  Head inside to visit the lavish State Apartments furnished with extravagant pieces, and stop by St George’s Chapel, a beautiful mediaeval church and the burial place of King Henry VIII.

Next, proceed to Wiltshire to explore the ancient archaeological site of Stonehenge, a prehistoric monument where large boulders are stacked in a circular formation. There are many stories to it, but this ring of standing stones have puzzled generations, as their exact use is still unclear thousands of years later. Walk in the footsteps of our Neolithic ancestors and you will have the opportunity to see their houses, tools and object they used and learn about their way of life.

Conclude your tour in the city of Oxford, a gorgeous college town that boasts a vast number of stunning English architecture. Your guide will take you on a walking tour of the city, passing Trinity College, the Sheldonian Theatre, and the newly renovated Ashmolean Museum. See the ornate chambers of Divinity School, where you will reminisce scenes from Harry Potter films. As your tour comes to an end, you will return to London.
